O, what a birthday….

Adopted daughter drove many miles
To shock me into some tears and smiles.
She plotted with Grandson # one
And he popped in for the birthday fun!
Two champion sneaky kids, I’d say!!
They oughta work for the CIA.
Plenty already for those faint-hearted…
But, as things turned out…
Were just getting started.

Off to the Silo for birthday dinner…
Always a fave and another winner.
As if for more there was any room,
Then came all of my Fam on Zoom!
Some, who were stuck in another land…
A great array of kids and “grands”.
All of it more than a heart can hold…
Better than jewels and better than gold!
